- The Principal and master administrators can view and update all student records
- Teachers can access attendance and assignment data for the classes assigned to them
- Students can view their own academic progress, attendance, and assignment history through the student portal
No student data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
Student records are retained for the duration of the student's enrollment. After graduation or departure, records may be exported as archival data and the active class data will be removed from the system. Historical records are retained as required by applicable educational regulations.
